The rooms with the day's local and soft drinks, as example, amazing and fantastic staff at check-out. Super and cool location, within short walking distance to a clock tower, greatly enjoyed this place. Found in a great area.

The beautiful building showcases its history as an old bank, lending charm to the dining area in the former lobby. Meals were enjoyable, though on the pricier side, and the service from staff, especially a wonderful waiter was great. Despite thevery comfy and tidy rooms, some updating is needed to enhance the overall stay.

The room had air conditioning and a comfy bed. The fitness centre was well-equipped, and the indoor swimming pool was a hit, especially with my grandson. The historic lobby is beautiful, and the restaurant had good meals with great service. Plus, it's close to the Mississippi River walkways.

I greatly enjoyed that the hotel was 19 minutes drive from the airport. The staff was diligent and respectful and catered to my every need. The bed was great, the room was updated and new-fashioned for queen bedrooms.

The Location was wonderful and it truly is a beautiful building.
Truly a business hotel...had others in the area (4 star hotels) had as good of a rate we would have chosen them due to the comfort level. The rate was deceiving as Valet was the only option for parking therefore other hotels in the area would have been equally as reasonable for the weekend we chose. I would give the Westin a good review but would recommend others in the area above it

We stayed here for one night and found the convenient access to parks and the Minneapolis Institute of Art just a short walk away made our city strolls lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the dining options nearby were good for a quick bite after our explorations.
